needle coke graphite electrode
Instructions for use of needle coke graphite electrode
1. Dry the wet needle coke graphite electrode before use.
2. Take out the foam protective cap on the spare needle coke graphite electrode hole, and check whether the thread in the needle coke graphite electrode hole is complete.
3. Use oil-free and water-free compressed air to clean the surface and hole threads of the spare needle coke graphite electrode. Avoid cleaning with steel wires or metal brushes.
4. Carefully rotate the joint into the hole of the spare needle coke graphite electrode (it is not recommended to install the joint directly into the needle coke graphite electrode taken out of the furnace), and do not collide with the thread.
5. Wrap the needle coke graphite electrode hanger (it is recommended to be made of graphite) in the needle coke graphite electrode hole at the other end of the spare needle coke graphite electrode.
6. When lifting the needle coke graphite electrode, the gasket should be loosened to the bottom of one end of the spare needle coke graphite electrode installation joint to prevent the ground from colliding with the joint; The needle coke graphite electrode is stable to prevent the current caused by the loosening of the B end or collision with other fixing devices.
7. Hang the spare needle coke graphite electrode above the needle coke graphite electrode to be connected, align it with the hole of the needle coke graphite electrode and slowly lower it; rotate the spare needle coke graphite electrode to make the screw hook rotate with the needle coke graphite electrode; clean the needle again with compressed air The exposed parts and joints at both ends of the coke graphite electrode. When the two ends of the needle coke graphite electrode are 10-20 mm apart; when the needle coke graphite electrode is completely lowered, do not go too far. Otherwise, the needle coke graphite electrode hole and the thread of the joint will be damaged due to severe collision.
