The basic principle of reductive dephosphorization is to rely on the combination of calcium in the dephosphorizing agent and phosphorus in the alloy to generate Ca3P2 under the condition of extremely low oxygen potential, so that the phosphorus in the alloy can be removed.

Adopting process methods: inverted bag method, powder spraying method. Two hot metal ladle A and B are required. A hot metal is filled with high-silicon-manganese silicon alloy smelted in a submerged arc furnace, and a hot metal ladle is filled with a dephosphorization agent. Then hoist the ladle A to the ladle B, open the tap hole of the ladle A, and let the liquid high silicon manganese silicon alloy in the ladle A flow into the ladle B containing the dephosphorization agent. At this time, the dephosphorization agent The calcium in the alloy produces a fierce dephosphorization reaction with the phosphorus in the high-silico-manganese silicon alloy to remove the phosphorus in the alloy.

In the powder spraying method, the dephosphorization agent is loaded into a 0.25m powder spray tank, and the dephosphorization agent is sprayed into the high silicon manganese silicon alloy melt through the spray gun with argon gas as the carrier. The gas pressure is controlled at 0.2-0.3MPa, the fluidizing gas pressure is controlled at 0.5-0.8MPa, the powder spraying time is 2 to 3 minutes, and the amount of dephosphorization agent sprayed is the same as that of the inverted bag method.
