hp 350 mm graphite electrodes
Factors affecting the linear expansion coefficient of hp 350 mm graphite electrodes
1 The lower the linear expansion coefficient of the raw material, the smaller the influence of graphite as the linear expansion coefficient of the electrode material under the same process conditions. For example, the linear expansion coefficient of high-quality hp 350 mm graphite electrodes produced from needle coke is much higher than that of ordinary user power control hp 350 mm graphite electrodes using ordinary petroleum coke as raw material.
2The linear expansion coefficient of the finished hp 350 mm graphite electrodes is related to the particle size composition of the formulation. When the particle size range of the large coke particles is reduced, the extrusion direction parallel to the linear expansion coefficient tends to decrease, while it increases in the extrusion direction perpendicular to the linear expansion coefficient.
3 After immersion, the linear expansion coefficient of the electrode after graphitization increases.
4 The higher the degree of graphitization, the smaller the linear expansion coefficient. This is because materials with a higher degree of graphitization are more likely to slide or delaminate between graphite crystal layers. Therefore, the linear expansion coefficient of hp 350 mm graphite electrodes is related to the graphitization temperature.
